Pilot applicant packages must include:

Rated applicants (C-17 preferred):
-Resume
-Flight evaluation folder
-SARM printout showing total flight time
-Last 3 OPB/EPBs or officer evaluations (as required)
-Surf or career data brief (as required)
-Physical Fitness scores

Non-prior service applicants:
-A cover letter
-Resume
-AFOQT and PCSM test scores
-Official college transcripts showing overall GPA
-3 professional letters of recommendation
-Photocopies of Pilot certificate (front/back) and last page of your pilot logbook

Pilot hiring minimum standards (NPS):
-AFOQT Pilot score above a 90
-AFOQT Nav score above an 80
-PCSM score above a 90
-GPA 3.0 minimum
-A private pilot’s license
-Be of upstanding moral character
-Be willing to move to the local area (1 hr drive from Dover AFB, DE)
