732nd Airlift Squadron's C-17 Pilot Hiring Board

The 732nd Airlift Squadron is planning to host a rated pilot hiring board during winter 2026–2027 for qualified applicants interested in flying the C-17 Globemaster III at McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey.

Located within Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, the 732nd AS offers the opportunity to fly a premier strategic airlift aircraft while being co-located with numerous major airline crew bases—providing an excellent balance of military flying opportunities and airline accessibility.
