Calling all aspiring aviators! The Hawaii Air National Guard is  seeking the next generation of pilots to join our ranks for the CY26 Undergrad Pilot Training (UPT) board.
Do you have what it takes to defend the islands and serve as an officer and pilot in the HIANG? If you’ve dreamed of the cockpit, now is your time to execute.
📍 HOW TO APPLY:
Applicants must submit a single PDF file containing:
✅ 8x10 Photo & Resume
✅ Letter to the "HIANG UPT Selection Board"
✅ AF 24 & Letters of Rec (Max 3)
✅ Official Transcripts (Bachelor’s degree required)
✅ AFOQT & TBAS Scores
✅ PPL (if applicable) & DD 214s (if prior service)
⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be under 33 years old at the time of selection (Waiver required for 33+).
HIANG members require a Group/CC Endorsement.
