197th Air Refueling Squadron's KC-135 Pilot Hiring Board

Physical (Form 2992)

Minimum Two Letters of Recommendation (1 must be from current CC or supervisor); if that is a conflict please get a former commander or DO

USAF RIP (Report on Individual Personnel) or equivalent

Form 8 or other service component equivalent
