Key Takeaway for Applicants:
At the 150 OG, we are not simply hiring HC-130J Co-Pilots; we are hiring future Instructor/Evaluator Pilots. We need motivated candidates who will successfully complete UPT/UCT and HC-130J initial training, then return to the squadron with the dedication and drive to be a strong asset to our team.
  • Visit the Squadron: While rushing is not required, we highly encourage all applicants to visit the squadron. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you above and beyond what is written on paper. Please contact the unit POC by email to coordinate.
  • Long-Term Fit: Selected applicants will be flying, working, and socializing with the squadron for the next 10 to 20+ years. Because of this, all interactions with the squadron are fair game for the application process.
