2027 UPT Board: 15-17 Jan 2027
The Flying Razorbacks of the 188th Detachment 2 at Ebbing ANGB (Fort Smith, Arkansas) are holding a hiring board for UPT Pilot Positions. If selected applicants will go through USAF pilot training, F-35 training, season at a different ANG unit in order to become an F-35 Instructor Pilot prior to ultimately instructing F-35 Foreign Military Sales pilots at Ebbing ANGB.

1. Cover Letter, max of one page, introducing yourself and providing any other pertinent information to include a recent photo.
2. Resume with degree, GPA, AFOQT scores, flight time and age (one page)
3. Official AFOQT Scores print out
4. Official PCSM score print out
5. Copy of any FAA Flight Certificates
6. Copy of last page of your logbook showing total flight times
7. Copy of FAA First Class Medical Certificate (FAA Form 8500)
8. Copy of Official College Transcripts to include post-grad Transcripts. Certified copy not required.
9. Official letter from Academic Advisor with projected Bachelor's graduation date, and remaining classes. (Only required if graduation is not complete.)
10. Any eye surgeries - include a page with detailed information pertaining to that surgery.
11. Letters of Recommendation (3 max)

**A highly competitive applicant should have the following in addition to the above requirements**
- Received and logged fixed wing or helicopter flight training with FAA licenses.
- Have a PCSM, AFOQT Pilot, and AFOQT Nav score over 85.
Above documents should be submitted to the listed email address by December 18, 2026 with an expected hiring board of January 15-17, 2027.
