The 187th Airlift Squadron will be hosting a UPT Board in Aug of 2026. Interviews are scheduled for 11-14 Aug 2026. Applications are due by 10 July 2026.

Please upload a single PDF(not a portfolio) complete packet to both MilRecruiter and via email to 153.AW.FSS.Org@us.af.mil. It should be titled LASTNAME_AUG2026UPTBoard. It should include:

• Cover Letter

• Resume (including military and civilian experience)

• Current Records Review/RIP (if prior service)

• AFOQT Scores

• PCSM Score

• Official Transcripts verifying an accredited bachelor’s degree or expected graduation within six
   months of applying and any other documents you wish to provide

• Front and Back of Pilot Certificate(s)

• Totalized Last Page of Logbook

• 3 Letters of Recommendation

Successful applicants will attend Officer Training School, Undergraduate Pilot Training, C-130J Initial Qualification, and SERE before returning to Cheyenne. After completing the pipeline can expect 3 to 9 months of full-time seasoning orders.
