Mighty F-35 Panther Drivers - The Florida Air National Guard's 159th FS Boxin' Gators located in Jacksonville, Florida will be conducting a rated hiring board this fall over our September drill period. We're looking for current/qualified F-35 IPs to fill AGR (full-time) and DSG (part-time) positions in approximately the 2014-2018 year groups.

We're looking to hire 1-2 AGR (Active Guard Reserve) pilots and 5-6 DSG (Drill Statue Guardsmen) pilots. AGRs will be full-time, fly the Panther for the rest of their career in Jax, live on the beach, and surf tasty waves. The DSG positions will be part-time with the opportunity to pursue an airline career or other civilian employment. Expect to have in-person interviews in September 2026. For overseas applicants, phone interviews will be available! Please submit a resume, last three OPBs, and a Career Data Brief by August 15, 2026. The board is for fighter pilots currently flying the F-35. If you're able to separate within the next 18 months, that is also desired.
