122nd Fighter Squadron's F-15EX Pilot Hiring Board

We are Hiring! Our current UPT hiring board will be will be held late summer or early fall (Expect interviews in September most likely). 

 

With expected shifts in USAF iron, and the tragic sunset of the Eagle, this board will be tailored for the F-15EX. Throughout training and upon your return from the pipeline, the possibility exists that you will fly the F-15C, F-15E, and the F-15EX.

 

Our standard application requirements are below. Once you have a completed application, feel free to submit it on mil recruiter, but please send a copy to our hiring email, 122fspilothiring@gmail.com, when ready (Only applications submitted to our hiring email will be considered). You are welcome to submit your application at any time, and can make updates before the board's deadline.

Application info/ requirements:
 
Squadron visit/rush events will be available in the months preceding the hiring board, on drill weekends.
 
These rush events involve visiting the squadron Friday/Saturday and a social event on the town Saturday afternoon. They are by invite only, and require a completed/qualifying and competitive application to attend. Invites will be sent out before drill weekend to allow time to plan travel.
 
Requirements for a completed application are below. In addition, please fill out the one page PDF document that is attached (this helps us put names to faces during visits). If you have difficulties with downloading or finding the form, reach out to our hiring email and we can help send a copy. Submit this PDF as a separate document to your application.

Lastly, only applicants </= 27.5 years old (at the time of interview) will be considered.
 
Your application should include the following items, in order, in a SINGLE PDF file:
1.     Cover letter addressed to the 122FS Hiring Board stating the position you are interested in interviewing for, and outlining your qualifications.
2.     Printout of your AFOQT and PCSM Scores from the official website.
3.     Resume to include civilian, military, and sports experience (Please make this as comprehensive as possible on a single page, it will be heavily weighted.)
4.     Transcript Summary from an accredited 4-year or higher degree.
5.     Minimum of 3 letters of recommendation (Limit 5). Address to: UPT Selection Board
6.     If prior service, your last two EPR/OPRs. Redact any sensitive info such as SSN.
7.    A current photo and date of birth underneath.
