The official application process is outlined in the attached instructions entitled "117th Air Refueling Squadron Road to Wings." Please read this document thoroughly, it contains guidance on the contents of the application and the application process. We require all candidates to mail in an application, use UPS or FedEx to mail, do not use USPS. Please ALSO submit an online application via MilRecruiter. We will be comparing the traditional application method to MilRecruiter's digital application to assess its viability for future application boards. Applications are due June 7, 2026! If you are selected to interview, you will be notified approximately 30 days beforehand. The interviews will be conducted during the first week of August. Interview times and processes thereof will be coordinated on an individual bases. All travel to and from the interview, rush, or unit visits, and associated costs thereof, are the responsiblity of the applicant and will not be reimbursed, in any manner, by the 190th ARW.
