Electronic packages should be one single PDF document, in the following order. Naming format: rank_first_last.pdf OR civ_first_last.pdf
1. Cover Letter, max of one page, introducing yourself and providing any other pertinent information to include a recent photo.
2. Resume with degree, GPA, AFOQT scores, flight time and age (one page)
3. Official AFOQT Scores print out
4. Official PCSM score print out
5. Copy of any FAA Flight Certificates
6. Copy of last page of your logbook showing total flight times
7. Copy of FAA First Class Medical Certificate (FAA Form 8500)

9. Official letter from Academic Advisor with projected Bachelor's graduation date, and remaining classes. (Only required if graduation is not complete.)
10. Any eye surgeries - include a page with detailed information pertaining to that surgery.

**A highly competitive applicant should have the following in addition to the above requirements**
- Received and logged fixed wing or helicopter flight training with FAA licenses.
- Have a PCSM, AFOQT Pilot, and AFOQT Nav score over 85.
Above documents should be submitted to the listed email address by October 31, 2026 with an expected hiring board of February 5-7, 2027.
Squadron visit information
Available visit dates:
- September 12-13, 2026 (20 rushees maximum first come first serve)
- October 3-4, 2026 (20 new rushees maximum first come first serve)
- November 7-8, 2026 (20 new rushees maximum first come first serve)
- January 9-10, 2027 (20 rushees invitation only)

- The date(s) of your intended visit.
The remaining information is only required if you DO NOT have a way of getting on base. (I.E CAC or dependent ID)
